I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, families, couples, teens and children heal, grow, and reconnect. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in authenticity. I bring empathy, curiosity and deep respect for your unique story to every session. I tailor my work to meet your individual needs—because no two healing journeys are the same.
I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver burnout, relationship challenges, domestic violence, parenting struggles, cultural identity questions, and experiences of relocation, migration and forced displacement.
I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Narrative Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.
I truly believe that you are the architect of your own life—and that therapy can serve as the blueprint to help you build with intention, healing, and hope. As poet Mary Oliver once asked, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” I’d be honored to explore that question with you in a way that feels meaningful and true to who you are.
