Hello and welcome! I’m Alyssa Dahlberg, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated
to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and build meaningful,
fulfilling lives. My practice focuses on supporting individuals in navigating the impacts of your
struggles, and seek stronger, healthier connections and a fulfilling life.
I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a commitment to providing a safe,
nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and work toward your goals. I
understand that healing and navigating your mental health can feel overwhelming. My aim is to
walk alongside you with care and compassion, empowering you to find resilience and growth.
My work is informed by evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT),
and an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your unique
needs, whether it’s developing coping strategies, processing difficult emotions, or fostering
deeper communication and trust in relationships. I have experience in individuals coping with
trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, and navigating and holding space for LGBTQ+
and BIOPC communities.
For individuals, I provide a supportive environment where you can address underlying issues,
reframe negative self-beliefs, and rebuild a sense of self-worth. For couples, I help facilitate
open communication, navigate conflict, and strengthen emotional intimacy, so you can
reconnect and create a foundation for lasting partnership.
I believe that every person and relationship holds the capacity for healing and transformation.
Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, overcome barriers, and create positive change in your life.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out to schedule a session. I’m here to
support you on your journey toward health, connection, and well-being.
