Background & About Me
My name is Alice and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Growing up, I dreamed of becoming a writer, but my curiosity about psychology and the human experience led me down the path of therapy instead. I’ve always been fascinated by how our thoughts, emotions, and past experiences shape who we are now, and how they can influence the way we move through life. Over time, I discovered that helping people understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges brings me both purpose and fulfillment.
I moved to the U.S. from China when I was 17, and that experience deepened my appreciation for cultural identity and life transitions. Outside of work, you’ll often find me baking, traveling, or embracing my inner couch potato with a good TV show.
What Clients Can Expect
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re navigating past wounds, self-doubt, or unhelpful patterns, it’s not always easy to find your way forward. Understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and actions impact your daily experiences can be a powerful first step toward meaningful change.
I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are. I deeply value genuineness and sincerity – both in how we communicate and in how we approach the healing process. I believe true growth happens when we stay loyal to ourselves, embracing who we are without judgment.
