My background is primarily working with clients struggling with substance abuse, trauma, self esteem, mood disorders, self harming behaviors, multiple diagnoses, and relationship difficulties. My work utilizes mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, helping clients achieve balance in their lives and in their relationships so they can be at peace.
