I view therapy as a collaborative approach in order to help you reach your desired goals. I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship to be a healing intervention. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have over 5 years of experience providing counseling to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my treatment approach, with a focus on mindfulness, positive coping skills, trauma-informed care and increasing self-awareness. I also often use an eclectic approach, borrowing interventions from other approaches to adapt to your treatment needs. My specialties include addressing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, substance abuse, and relationship and attachment issues.
