An amazing experience for me is to participate and observe an individual improve the quality of their mental health and their life through personalized and collaborative treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle educational strategies. I value mental health as a core element in achieving recovery and a meaningful life through the instillation of hope, connection, and empowerment of the individual.

I am a Master’s prepared Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that has been caring for individuals in behavioral health since 2012. With my experience with working with various people over the years, I have engaged with those in crisis or struggling in some of the most difficult times in their lives. I pride myself in my empathic and genuine approach to treating the entire mind, body, and spirit of the individual struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, thought and memory issues, as well as child and adolescent mental health. I offer this in a calm, relaxing, and friendly environment that welcomes the individual during their most vulnerable time in their life. My passion is that I may guide others through a journey to a life with self-realization and mental well-being.
