Jolene Farish

LCSW #27991

Selecting a therapist and taking the step toward therapy can be an overwhelming
and stressful decision. Therefore, my goal is to build a safe and comfortable
environment which can be achieved through collaboration and strong rapport.
My goal is to help provide you with insight, acceptance and tools that will help to
improve your relationship to yourself and others. A couple of the methodologies I
like to incorporate into my practice are cognitive behavioral therapy and
systemsbased
therapy.
Abuse from childhood or past events, present struggles, depression and anxiety
contribute to maladaptive thinking and patterns. I truly believe therapy can offer
solace, understanding and improve one’s overall functioning in order to reach your
full potential.
